IPL says rain of fours and sixes… Batsmen literally let the bowlers run. The Rajasthan Kings match against the Punjab Kings saw a rain of fours and sixes. Punjab’s Deepak Hooda has scored the fastest half century in this year’s IPL.

Punjab’s Deepak Hooda completed his half century in just 20 balls. In this match, Hooda faced 28 balls and scored 64 runs. He has four fours and six sixes. Ryan was caught by Parag in the middle of a high shot off Chris Morris’ ball. Notably, he shared a half-century off 22 balls with skipper KL Rahul. Punjab Kings has made a funny tweet after his aggressive play. The photo has been tweeted with the caption ‘KL: Wankhede ka gunda hu main… ..Hudda: Main bhi’.

Punjab captain KL Rahul also played well in the match. He scored 91 runs off 50 balls. It includes 5 sixes and 7 fours. He lost his century by just 9 runs. Chetan’s bowling was caught by Rahul Tewatia at the boundary.

Hooda and KL Rahul’s strong performance helped Punjab reach 221 for six. Due to this big score, the pressure on Punjab bowlers has eased a bit.
